About the Role

We are looking for a Talend Support Consultant/Developer with strong experience in enterprise application integration, ETL/ELT development, and middleware technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Talend Data Integration and Talend Cloud, along with strong technical skills in Java, SQL/PL-SQL, and scripting.

The role will be responsible for designing, developing, supporting, and optimizing enterprise integration solutions while ensuring reliability, scalability, and compliance with integration standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, support, and optimize enterprise integration solutions using the Talend platform.

• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT workflows and integration processes across diverse business and technology environments.

• Provide production support, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and performance optimization for Talend integration solutions.

• Work with Talend Data Integration and Talend Cloud, including Talend Management Console (TMC) or Talend Administration Center (TAC).

• Manage integration code and deployment processes using Git.

• Develop and maintain solutions using Java, SQL/PL-SQL, and scripting technologies.

• Ensure integration solutions are scalable, reliable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

• Follow established integration standards, development best practices, and organizational governance frameworks.

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify requirements and drive continuous improvements in data integration flows and platforms.

• Participate in incident resolution, enhancements, testing, deployment, and ongoing platform support.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise application integration, ETL/ELT development, or middleware technologies.

• Hands-on experience developing and supporting Talend integration solutions.

• Hands-on experience with Talend Data Integration and Talend Cloud.

• Experience with Talend Management Console (TMC) or Talend Administration Center (TAC).

• Experience working with Git for source control/version management.

• Strong experience with Java.

• Strong experience with SQL/PL-SQL.

• Experience with scripting technologies.

• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup in Taguig and on a mid-shift schedule.
