Role Overview

We are hiring a Talend Support Consultant/Developer to design, develop, and maintain integration solutions, interfaces, and data workflows. This role involves supporting enterprise integration projects end-to-end — from requirements analysis through implementation, testing, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Talend integration solutions, interfaces, and data workflows
  
• Support the implementation and delivery of enterprise integration projects
  
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective integration solutions
  
• Prepare technical specifications, solution designs, and implementation documentation
  
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and delivery activities
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver integration solutions
  
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, performance testing, and defect resolution
  
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration jobs and workflows
  
• Produce technical documentation, operational procedures, and support materials
  
• Provide application maintenance and production support, including incident investigation and resolution
  
• Ensure compliance with integration standards, security requirements, and development best practices
  
• Contribute to integration architecture discussions and continuous improvement initiatives
  
• Support knowledge sharing within the integration community
  
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance when required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise application integration, ETL/ELT development, or middleware technologies
  
• Hands-on experience developing and supporting Talend integration solutions
  
• Hands-on experience with Talend Data Integration and Talend Cloud platforms
• Strong experience with Java, SQL/PL-SQL, and scripting technologies
  
• Stable work history (no frequent job-hopping)
  
• Willing to work hybrid in Taguig on a mid-shift schedule
