What You’ll Do

• Handle customer interactions for a UK Telco & Webhosting account.
• 
  
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• 
  
• Drive sales and achieve assigned targets.
• 
  
• Provide excellent customer service while maximizing sales opportunities.
• 
  
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• At least High School Graduate
• 
  
• Must have more than 6 months of BPO experience
• 
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• 
  
• Sales experience or telco experience is an advantage
• 
  
• Must be willing to work onsite
•

Salary Package
