Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist end-users in the assigned tower by resolving requests documented through tickets in the service portal.


• Provide hands-and-feet support for remote domain teams.


• Participate in incident calls during account outages or major incidents.


• Conduct regular IT asset inventory verification.


• Respond to and update email and chat communications for queries or concerns raised by the business.


• Ensure compliance of IT assets with the organization’s standard security postures and policies.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience as local/on-site IT Support


• Average to good communication skills (verbal and written English)


• Stable employment history (no frequent job hopping)


• Must not be a former employee of similar restricted organizations
