Job Title: SQL Technical Support - Voice

Work Set-up: On-site in Taguig

Work shift: Shifting

Salary: Up to 60K

Start date: June 8th

Sign-on Bonus: 60K (Terms & Conditions Apply)

Qualifications:

High School / Senior High School Graduate / College Graduate

Minimum of 6 months of call center/BPO experience

Must have at least 6 months of SQL experience/ SaaS background

Candidates with an IT-related educational background or technical support experience will be preferred

Good communication skills required

Must be willing to work onsite

Must be amenable to a shifting/rotational schedule

Role Responsibilities:

Handle customer or client concerns related to SQL / technical support

Assist with basic troubleshooting and issue resolution

Analyze customer queries and provide accurate support

Document cases, updates, and resolutions properly

Coordinate with intern

al teams for escalations when needed

Maintain quality customer service and meet process target
