Job Title: Spanish Technical Support Representative (TSR)

Job Description

We are looking for Spanish-speaking Technical Support Representatives (TSR) to provide technical assistance and customer support to clients. The role requires candidates with strong English and Spanish communication skills and a minimum of 6 months of BPO Technical Support experience.

The successful candidates will troubleshoot technical concerns, assist customers professionally, and provide effective resolutions while maintaining high service quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of college, with no back subjects.

• Minimum 6 months of BPO experience.

• At least 6 months of BPO Technical Support (TSR) experience.

• At least 1 year of TSR background preferred/required based on pre-screening criteria.

• Strong Spanish and English communication skills.

• Open to non-native Spanish speakers (Filipino candidates only).

• Strong technical troubleshooting and customer service skills.

• Willing to work 100% onsite in Taguig.

• Willing to work on shifting and night shift schedules.

• Available to start ASAP.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and assistance to customers through appropriate support channels.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

• Communicate clearly and professionally in Spanish and English.

• Identify customer concerns and provide appropriate technical solutions.

• Follow established troubleshooting procedures and service guidelines.

• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and technical issues.

• Deliver quality customer service while meeting productivity and performance targets.

• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams when required.
