Job Overview

We are looking for Spanish-speaking Technical Support Representatives (TSR) to join our team in Bridgetowne, Quezon City.

The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of BPO Technical/TSR experience, strong English and Spanish communication skills, and be willing to work onsite on a night shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of BPO Technical Support / TSR experience.

• Strong technical support background.

• Good English and Spanish communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Open to non-native Spanish speakers / Filipino candidates only.

• Minimum 2 years of college education with no back subjects.

• Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City.

• Willing to work on a night shift schedule.

• Available to start ASAP.
