• Provide exceptional customer support in Spanish via phone, email, or chat.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using the CRM system.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Open for a Bachelor's degree or 2 years in College without any back subjects
• Experience Level: Minimum 2 years of Spanish Representative experience
• Skills and Competencies: Bilingual skills in Spanish and English
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills in both English and Spanish

• Proficient in the use of MS Office applications

• Required BPO experience of at least a year
• Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset
• Working Conditions: Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
