Job Overview

We are hiring Spanish Bilingual Technical Support Representatives (TSR) to provide technical assistance and customer support to Spanish-speaking customers.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of BPO Technical Support/TSR experience, strong Spanish and English communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues in a fast-paced customer service environment.

This opportunity is open to Filipino, non-native Spanish speakers.

Requirements

• Filipino citizen.
  
• Proficient in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
  
• Non-native Spanish speakers only.
  
• At least 6 months of BPO Technical Support / TSR experience.
  
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues and assisting customers with products, services, applications, or devices.
  
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  
• Completed at least 2 years of college with no back subjects.
  
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.
  
• Willing to work a night shift schedule.
  
• Available to start ASAP or within the required hiring timeline.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally.
  
• Identify root causes and provide clear, step-by-step troubleshooting instructions.
  
• Handle customer inquiries while maintaining high standards of customer experience.
  
• Accurately document technical issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
  
• Escalate complex or unresolved technical issues according to established procedures.
  
• Meet required quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and service-level targets.
  
• Follow technical support procedures, security requirements, and company policies.
