Role Overview:

We are seeking Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional support in both Spanish and English. This role is open to non-native Spanish speakers (Filipinos) with strong bilingual communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Spanish and English.

• Resolve customer concerns and account-related issues efficiently.

• Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies.

• Document interactions accurately in the system.

• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years in College – with no back subjects – required.

• Minimum 1 year BPO experience – required.

• At least 1 year CSR background – required.

• Open to non-native Spanish speakers only (Filipinos) .

• Good English and Spanish communication skills.

• Willing to work onsite in Taguig.

• Willing to work on shifting/night shift schedule.
