Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain reliable and scalable software solutions.

• Monitor production systems and ensure high availability and performance.

• Implement automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions.

• Perform incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

• Optimize system performance through capacity planning and performance tuning.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise software solutions.

• Mentor team members and provide technical guidance.

• Drive continuous process improvements and operational excellence.

• Participate in agile development and deployment activities.

• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools.

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Willing to work onsite in Manila/Taguig on a shifting schedule.
