*Eastwood Site (Finance & Accounting / Accounts Payable)*

*Job Description:*
- Manage back‑office processes for shipping and logistics accounts, delivering accurate financial and accounting solutions to clients across multiple industries.
- Process and reconcile accounts payable transactions, ensure timely payments, and maintain up‑to‑date records in accordance with company policies.
- Analyze shipping data, resolve discrepancies, and provide clear, actionable reports to internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Finance, Operations, Customer Service) to streamline workflows and improve overall efficiency.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best‑practice solutions to enhance service quality and compliance.

*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management, Accounting, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills 
- Excellent communication abilities and a customer‑focused mindset.
- Ability to work shifting schedules and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.

*Compensation:*
- Finance & Accounting: Php 16,000 – Php 18,000 per month (shifting schedule).
- Accounts Payable: Php 18,000 – Php 20,000 per month (shifting schedule).
