Job Title: SharePoint Administrator Specialist
Work Setup: Hybrid (2 days WFH, 3 days onsite – Quezon City)

Shift: Night Shift
Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled SharePoint Administrator Specialist to manage, optimize, and support SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 environments. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong technical expertise in SharePoint administration, automation, and user support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Site & Content Management: Create, configure, and manage SharePoint sites, document libraries, lists, and metadata to ensure organized and efficient content management.
- Security & Permissions: Administer user access, assign roles, and enforce permission structures to protect sensitive data and maintain compliance.
- User Support & Training: Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training sessions to promote best practices and improve user adoption.
- Automation & Workflows: Design and implement workflows, forms, and integrations using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate).
- System Maintenance: Monitor platform performance, manage storage, perform backups, and implement updates to ensure system stability and reliability.
- Governance & Compliance: Enforce SharePoint governance policies, manage sharing controls, and ensure adherence to organizational standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 administration, including SPFx development.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Experience with Active Directory and user access management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
