Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow applications.
• Analyze business requirements and recommend scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Build and enhance applications across various ServiceNow modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Perform impact analysis, testing, patch validation, and platform upgrades.
• Troubleshoot incidents and resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable application code.
• Support automation initiatives and continuous process improvements.
• Create technical documentation and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Deliver projects within agreed timelines and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development or ServiceNow Architecture.
• Experience with one or more ServiceNow modules such as:
• ITSM
• ITOM
• SecOps
• IRM
• ITAM
• HRSD
• CSM
• SPM
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
• Experience with GenAI technologies is a plus.
• ServiceNow Certification is highly preferred.
• ITIL knowledge or certification is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Must currently reside in the Philippines and have the legal right to work in the country.
