Job Description

We are hiring experienced ServiceNow Developers to design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions across multiple enterprise projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, strong technical expertise, and the ability to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions using Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow applications.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Implement and deploy ServiceNow solutions following best practices and ITIL standards.

• Perform impact analysis, testing, and support platform upgrades and patching.

• Develop application code and participate in Agile sprint activities.

• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide timely resolutions.

• Prepare technical documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of hands-on ServiceNow development or architecture experience.

• Experience with one or more ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, ITAM, SecOps, IRM, or SPM).

• ServiceNow Certification and ITIL Certification are an advantage.

• Applicants must currently be in the Philippines with the legal right to work.

• Must not be a current or former employee of Accenture.
