Position: Service Desk Transformation Consultant

Location: Eastwood, Quezon City

Salary: PHP 112,000 – 140,000

(PHP 100,000 – 130,000 base)

Work Setup: Hybrid (subject to business requirements)

Work Shift: Must be flexible to work in a 24/7 environment

Target Start Date: ASAP

Headcount: 1

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or College Degree, preferably in Information Technology

Proven experience in Service Desk transformation and solution design

6–8 years of IT Service Desk experience

Prior consulting and automation experience is required

Presales or solutioning experience is an advantage

Exposure to Generative AI (GenAI), Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and other AI frameworks is preferred

Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clearly communicate AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders

BPO experience is required
