Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Staff Accountant – Supervisor to join the finance team. The role involves complex accounting functions, general ledger management, financial reporting, reconciliations, audit support, and month-end/year-end closing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and post accurate journal entries in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

• Perform account and bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

• Manage and maintain the General Ledger.

• Prepare and review Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, and P&L.

• Analyze monthly and quarterly financial results, trends, and variances.

• Handle and manipulate large data sets for financial reporting and analysis.

• Assist with financial statement preparation and reporting deliverables.

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.

• Manage accruals, invoices, contra-asset accounts, and other accounting transactions.

• Support multi-currency bank reconciliation and maintain accurate records.

• Contribute to accounting process improvements and automation initiatives.

• Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.

• Perform financial analysis and ensure accuracy of accounting data.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• College Graduate – Accounting degree/course is mandatory.

• Minimum 4 years of Accounting/Finance experience.

• CPA is preferred; Non-CPA candidates may also be considered.

• Strong accounting knowledge is mandatory.

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or similar platforms.

• Strong experience handling and manipulating large data sets.

• Hands-on experience with:

  • Journal Entries

  • Trial Balance

  • Balance Sheet / P&L

  • General Ledger Management

  • Account Reconciliation

  • Financial Reporting

  • Invoice Preparation

  • Accruals

  • Bank Reconciliation

  • Financial Analysis

  • Month-End / Year-End Close

• Intermediate to Advanced Excel proficiency.

• Strong knowledge of Pivot Tables is mandatory.

• Good communication and analytical skills.

• Multi-currency reconciliation experience is preferred.

Work Setup

• Training will be 100% onsite for approximately 2–3 months.

• After successful completion of training, the role will transition to a hybrid setup.

• Candidates must be willing to work the night shift.
