Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Staff Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing complex accounting functions, including general ledger preparation, financial reporting, year-end audit preparation, and supporting budget and forecasting activities. This position offers a hybrid work setup and requires a night shift schedule following successful training.


Key Responsibilities

Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards and company policies


Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner


Analyze and interpret monthly and quarterly financial results, identifying trends and variances


Handle large data sets and perform data manipulation for financial reporting and analysis


Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other reporting deliverables


Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support month-end and year-end closing activities


Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within the accounting function


Support internal and external audits, including the preparation of required documentation


Qualifications

Educational & Experience Requirements:


College Graduate (Accounting Course – non-negotiable)


CPA (preferred, but Non-CPA candidates are welcome)


At least 4 years of experience – required


Good Communication Skills


Experience with ERP Systems (SAP, etc.)


Good with Data Manipulation (Large sets of files) – non-negotiable


Sound Accounting Knowledge – non-negotiable
