Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Staff Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. You will perform complex accounting functions, including general ledger preparation, financial reporting, year-end audit preparation, and supporting budget and forecasting activities.


Key Responsibilities:


Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards and policies.


Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.


Analyze and interpret monthly and quarterly financial results, identifying trends and variances.


Handle large data sets and perform data manipulation for financial reporting and analysis.


Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other reporting deliverables.


Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support month-end and year-end closing activities.


Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within the accounting function.


Support internal and external audits, including the preparation of required documentation.


Qualifications:


College Graduate – Accounting course (non-negotiable).


CPA preferred (Non-CPAs are also eligible).


At least 4 years of experience – required.


Sound Accounting Knowledge – non-negotiable.


Good Communication Skills – required.


Experience with ERP Systems (SAP, etc.) – required.


Good with Data Manipulation (large sets of files) – non-negotiable.


Intermediate to Advanced Excel Proficiency – required.


PIVOT Table expertise – non-negotiable.


Skills required: Preparation of Journal Entries, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet/P&L, Contra Asset Accounts, General Ledger Management, Account Reconciliation, Financial Reporting, Preparation of Invoices, Accruals, Bank Reconciliation (Multi-Currency preferred), Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Close, Financial Analysis, Zero Bank Balance.
