We are looking for an experienced accounting professional with strong financial reporting, reconciliation, Excel and data-handling skills. This role is ideal for someone who can work accurately with large financial records and support month-end and year-end closing activities.

What You Will Do

• Prepare and post accurate journal entries

• Manage the general ledger and trial balance

• Complete account and bank reconciliations

• Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss reports and invoices

• Handle accruals and contra-asset accounts

• Review monthly and quarterly financial results

• Identify financial trends, errors and unusual differences

• Work with large data files for reporting and analysis

• Support monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities

• Assist with financial statements, budgeting and forecasting

• Prepare documents for internal and external audits

• Help improve and automate accounting processes

• Work with other departments to resolve accounting concerns

Requirements

• College graduate with a degree in Accounting, non-negotiable

• At least 4 years of accounting or finance experience

• Strong and practical accounting knowledge, non-negotiable

• CPA is preferred, but qualified non-CPA candidates may apply

• Experience using ERP or accounting systems such as SAP

• Strong experience handling and manipulating large data files, non-negotiable

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills

• Must know Pivot Tables and be able to explain the process step by step

• Knowledge of journal entries, trial balance, general ledger and account reconciliation

• Experience preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements and financial reports

• Experience with accruals, invoices and bank reconciliation

• Multi-currency bank reconciliation experience is preferred

• Familiarity with zero-balance accounts

• Good financial analysis and communication skills

• Willing to work onsite during training

• Willing to work on a night-shift schedule

• Available to start as soon as possible
