Job Title: Senior Mutual Fund Operations Specialist

Location: Taguig

Work Setup: Full-time | On-site | Night shift

Salary: PHP 45000

Non-Negotiable:

•5+ years in financial services, back-office operations, fund administration, or investment operations

•Advanced knowledge of mutual fund operations, investment products, plan types, tax regulations, and trade processing workflows

•Proven ability to interpret complex transactions, identify discrepancies, and resolve operational issues efficiently

•Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and internal control frameworks

•CFA, CPA, or equivalent certification (if applicable)

Responsibilities:

•Lead end-to-end review, validation, and processing of mutual fund transactions with accuracy and timeliness

•Ensure compliance with internal policies, operational controls, regulatory standards, and audit requirements

•Maintain audit-ready documentation of transactions, reconciliations, and process controls

•Serve as escalation point for complex transaction discrepancies; conduct root-cause analysis and resolve issues

•Champion process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce risk

•Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members

•Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver operational updates, risk reporting, and service excellence
