Senior Fund Administrator - Financial (Back Office)

Location: McKinley Hill, Taguig City (100% Onsite)

Schedule: Graveyard / Night Shift

Salary Range: ₱30,000 - ₱33,000 gross per month + Joining Bonus

We are urgently hiring experienced back-office financial professionals to join a global financial services account. This is a critical role focused on delivering accurate, same-day processing of client transactions while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and reconcile moderately complex financial transactions (may include specialised products or functional areas)

Handle large, sensitive, or high-value client accounts/portfolios

Verify documents and transactions for completeness, accuracy, and compliance

Proactively monitor accounts, identify discrepancies, and initiate corrective actions

Maintain detailed and accurate records for audit and reporting purposes

Escalate exceptions and partner with internal/external stakeholders to resolve issues

Ensure full adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies

Required Qualifications:

At least 2 years of back-office experience supporting wealth management, private banking, insurance, or investment products OR Minimum 4 years of BPO/shared services experience handling financial accounts (banking, loans, mortgage, insurance, etc.)

Strong background in transaction processing, document verification, reconciliation, and auditing

Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

Proficient in navigating multiple systems/tools while maintaining accuracy

Globally comprehensible English communication skills

College undergraduates and graduates of any course are welcome

Willing to work 100% onsite in McKinley Hill, Taguig, on a permanent graveyard/night shift

Stable employment history (no frequent job hopping of less than 1 year per company)

Ability to start immediately is highly preferred
