About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-stack Developer to support the development of a Trade, Supply Chain, and Microfinance Platform (TSCMF). The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable cloud-native applications while ensuring high-quality technical delivery and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front-end and back-end applications

• Build scalable cloud-native solutions and RESTful APIs

• Integrate third-party systems and services

• Implement security, testing, and performance optimization practices

• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes

• Review technical outputs and documentation

• Collaborate with business, IT, and vendor teams

• Mentor junior developers and support technical decision-making

• Provide post-deployment and hypercare support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

• At least 5 years of experience in full-stack development

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or Angular

• Experience with Node.js, Python, or Java

• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

• Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, REST APIs, SQL & NoSQL databases

• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices

• Experience with Temporal workflow orchestration and AI-assisted coding tools is a plus

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Stable employment history preferred (non-job hopper)
