We are seeking an offshore Senior Data Engineer Lead to drive data integration architecture and execution for enterprise-scale initiatives. The role focuses on designing scalable pipelines between client data sources and external platforms using SnapLogic, Snowflake, and Coalesce, while collaborating across global teams (EMEA, Americas).

Non-Negotiable:

• 5+ years in data engineering, including 2+ years in a technical leadership role

• Strong SnapLogic experience (Snowflake a major plus)

• Expert SQL skills and understanding of DW ETL/ELT tools

• Stable career history (no frequent job changes)

• Must not be a present or former employee of CGI

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead data integration design and implementation using SnapLogic, Coalesce, FiveTran, and Snowflake

• Architect high-performance, reusable workflows for extraction, transformation, enrichment, and quality improvements

• Oversee cross-regional collaboration, planning, and knowledge sharing

• Mentor junior engineers and ensure best practices in data governance and documentation

• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across geographies

Preferred: Experience with Python, major cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), real-time streaming, and certifications in SnapLogic, Snowflake, Coalesce, or Fivetran.
