Position: Security Managed Services Practitioner – Cloud Security

THE ROLE

As a Security Managed Services Practitioner – Cloud Security, you will deliver and manage security services across client environments. You'll collaborate with technical and business teams, solve complex security challenges, support security operations, and help ensure that cloud environments remain secure, compliant, and resilient.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Managed Cloud Security Services.

- Collaborate with and provide guidance to security and technical teams.

- Support key security decisions and provide solutions to complex challenges.

- Work with multiple teams to achieve security and operational objectives.

- Facilitate training and development initiatives to strengthen team capabilities.

- Monitor the effectiveness of security controls and recommend improvements.

- Act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on security objectives.

- Support security assessments, audits, incident response, and risk management activities.

- Help maintain strong security, compliance, and operational resilience across client cloud environments.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Must-Have Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Managed Cloud Security Services.

- Expert proficiency in Managed Cloud Security Services.

- Strong understanding of cloud security frameworks and compliance standards.

- Experience with security incident response and risk management.

- Proficiency in security monitoring tools and technologies.

- Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles.

- Experience conducting security assessments and audits.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.

- Willingness to work onsite in Manila on a shifting schedule.
