• Headcount: 2 Openings (1 for Makati, 1 for Davao)

• Monthly Salary: ₱27,000

About the Role

As a Workforce Scheduler, you will play a key role in balancing operational needs with staff availability. You will build and optimize shift rosters aligned with demand forecasts to maximize service coverage while controlling costs.

What You’ll Do

• Build & Maintain Rosters: Craft effective schedules driven by volume and staffing forecasts.

• Handle Daily Adjustments: Facilitate shift bidding, trade/swap requests, and schedule modifications smoothly.

• Optimize Coverage: Protect operational SLAs by ensuring full roster coverage while minimizing unnecessary overtime costs.

• Partner with Leadership: Work hand-in-hand with operations managers to anticipate and resolve scheduling bottlenecks.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of dedicated experience in WFM scheduling (BPO / Shared Services preferred).

• Spreadsheet Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced skill in MS Excel (formulas, reporting, data handling).

• WFM Core Skills: Practical understanding of capacity planning, headcount modeling, and forecasting fundamentals.

• Attributes: High level of accuracy, keen eye for detail, and strong organizational ability.
