About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Sales & Distribution (SAP SD) Senior Consultant to join our growing SAP team. The ideal candidate has extensive experience supporting and implementing SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, with deep expertise in Sales & Distribution (SD) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to deliver high-quality SAP solutions while driving continuous improvements across business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 application support for SAP Sales & Distribution (SAP SD).

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP production issues.

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional SAP solutions.

• Configure and maintain SAP SD modules based on business requirements.

• Support SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA implementation, enhancement, rollout, and support projects.

• Design scalable SAP solutions aligned with business processes.

• Collaborate with ABAP developers for custom enhancements, reports, interfaces, forms, and workflows.

• Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Support deployment activities and provide post-go-live production support.

• Deliver end-user training and documentation.

• Participate in SAP solution reviews and process improvement initiatives.

• Mentor junior SAP consultants and provide technical guidance.

• Work closely with cross-functional SAP teams including MM, FI/CO, PP, WM, and Basis.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and project delivery.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline

Experience

• 10-15 years of SAP experience

• Extensive experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA

• Strong functional expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution (SAP SD)

• Hands-on experience with Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes

• Proven experience in SAP implementation, application support, maintenance, and enhancements

• Strong experience in SAP SD configuration

• Experience analyzing and improving business processes

• Strong incident management and troubleshooting skills
