Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) Senior Consultant to provide application support, solution design, and implementation for SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in SAP SD configuration, Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, SAP application support, and enterprise implementations. This role requires strong stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills while supporting business-critical SAP initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide application support, troubleshooting, and resolution of SAP SD production issues.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP SD solutions.

• Configure SAP Sales & Distribution modules to support business operations.

• Collaborate with development teams to design, build, test, and deploy SAP enhancements.

• Participate in solution design reviews and system optimization initiatives.

• Support functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Manage deployment activities and provide post-production support.

• Develop expertise in ABAP Debugging, SAP Security, Automation, CI/CD, and Low-Code technologies.

• Deliver user training and knowledge transfer sessions.

• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team capability development.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance SAP performance and business processes.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• 10–15 years of experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA with strong expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD).

• Proven experience in SAP application support, implementation, and maintenance projects.

• Strong hands-on experience with Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

• Expertise in SAP SD configuration and functional design.

• Knowledge of ABAP Debugging and code analysis.

• Experience with SAP Security concepts and authorization management.

• Exposure to SAP Integration technologies and interface management.

• Familiarity with Automation tools and CI/CD practices.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Leadership experience in SAP implementation and support environments.

• Experience mentoring team members and leading SAP workstreams.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• SAP SD Certification is an advantage.

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation or migration projects is highly preferred.
