Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.

• Assist customers with travel-related concerns, billing questions, and insurance inquiries.

• Provide accurate information about services, policies, and account details.

• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.

• Document customer interactions accurately using company systems.

• Follow company policies and quality standards during every customer interaction.

• Work closely with your team to achieve performance and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.

• At least 12 months of Insurance or Billing experience is required.

• Good English communication skills.

• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and the ability to navigate multiple applications.

• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays if needed.
