Job Description

The Sales Coach (Manager) is responsible for driving sales performance through effective coaching, training, and strategic leadership. This role requires strong sales expertise, BPO experience, and proven success in outbound sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and develop team managers/leaders to improve coaching effectiveness


• Design and oversee training programs to enhance sales representatives’ performance


• Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making


• Optimize lead targeting strategies to improve conversion rates


• Track and evaluate campaign ROI, implementing data-driven improvements


• Collaborate with operations to identify and maximize growth opportunities


• Drive adoption of data-backed sales strategies across teams


• Foster a high-performance culture built on accountability and continuous improvement


• Provide executive leadership with performance reports and recommendations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)


• 3–4 years current experience in sales management and outbound sales within a BPO setting (non-negotiable)


• Proven Sales Coach experience in a BPO environment (non-negotiable)


• Strong track record of exceeding sales targets


• Hands-on experience in creating and facilitating sales training courses (required)
