Skills and Qualifications Required

  Open to college graduates and undergraduates with relevant experience

  Minimum of 5 years in: B2B Sales, Consultative Sales, Sales Account Management, Solution Sales

  Strong understanding of market dynamics and ability to engage in research-driven sales strategies

  
  


• 
  

  Background in consulting, marketing, or digital advertising is a plus

  
  


• 
  

  Amenable to work onsite in Cubao, Quezon City

  
  

Responsibilities

  Demonstrate commitment to consultative sales in service of client goals.

  Manage a portfolio of advertisers of small to medium-sized business clients and grow revenue.

  Prioritize outreach plans across assigned portfolio based on client needs.

  Research and understand industries, verticals, and client business models.

  Identify sales opportunities and provide tailored solutions to meet client goals.

  Personalize client recommendations to suit varying needs.

  Improve client experience by consulting on optimal and appropriate product adoption.

  Conduct proactive outreach (outbound calls) and reactive engagement (calls/emails) to assess product performance and optimize advertisements.

  Develop strong knowledge of social media advertising solutions (including measurement), identify trends, and solve problems.

  Share ideas to improve advertising products and customer experience.
