Job Summary

We are looking for a Risk & Compliance Senior Analyst with strong KYC and AML experience. The ideal candidate should have QC and supervisory experience, or strong SME knowledge, with the ability to coach and support team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Business Acceptance Unit with Client Due Diligence (CDD) in accordance with AML regulations.

• Research corporate structures and identify Beneficial Ownership (BO) using databases and appropriate sources.

• Support additional AML and Risk policy-related workstreams.

• Perform quality checks and ensure accuracy and compliance of KYC processes.

• Coach team members and assist in improving performance when required.

• Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of KYC experience.

• QC and supervisory experience is required, or strong SME knowledge.

• Experience coaching team members and helping improve performance.

• QA experience is an advantage.

• Good understanding of KYC, AML, Client Due Diligence, and Beneficial Ownership.

• Strong analytical, research, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.

• Must be currently in the Philippines with valid authorization to live and work in the country.

• Willing to work onsite/hybrid in Taguig or Cubao on a night shift schedule.
