JOB TITLE: Risk and Compliance Sr Analyst

LOCATION: Onsite/Hybrid — Taguig or Cubao, Quezon City

WORK SHIFT: Night shift, weekends off

Role Overview

This role assists and supports the Business Acceptance Unit with Client Due Diligence in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Regulations, researching corporate structures and identifying beneficial ownership, and supporting broader AML and Risk policy workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist and support the Business Acceptance Unit with Client Due Diligence in accordance with AML Regulations
  
• Research corporate structures and identify beneficial ownership using databases and other appropriate sources
  
• Assist the BAU team with additional work streams involving AML and other relevant Risk policies

Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)​

• 3 to 5 years of KYC experience
• QC and supervisory experience required; alternately, SME-level knowledge accepted
• Experience with Quality Check (QC) processes
  
• Experience coaching or helping others improve performance
• QA experience is a plus
• Must currently be based in the Philippines with the right to live and work in the country
