Job Overview

We are looking for experienced Risk Adjustment Medical Coder Team Leaders with strong Risk Adjustment Coding expertise and proven SME or people-management experience.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2–3 years of Risk Adjustment Coding experience, leadership or SME experience, an active PHRN license, and an active CPC certification for Risk Adjustment Coding.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of Risk Adjustment Coding experience.

• At least 1 year of SME, people-manager, Team Leader, or supervisory experience.

• Active PHRN license.

• Strong knowledge of Risk Adjustment Coding processes and guidelines.

• Strong leadership and team-management skills.

• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule.

• Willingness to work under a temporary WFH setup.
