Role Overview:
Join our Rider Support Account as a Customer Service Representative! You will assist riders and delivery partners with account concerns, trip inquiries, and technical issues, ensuring a seamless experience on the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle rider inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

• Resolve account, trip, and payment-related concerns.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when needed.

• Document interactions accurately in the system.

• Meet performance metrics and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Completed at least 2 years in college – with no back subjects.

• Min. 18 months BPO experience – required.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City.

• Amenable to shifting schedules.
