What You’ll Do

• Monitor real-time contact center performance and operations.
• Support workforce planning, staffing, scheduling, and forecasting.
• Monitor key contact center KPIs and service levels.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Support workforce management processes and systems.
• Analyze data and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with operations and other stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement of day-to-day processes.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of WFM/RTA experience
• 1+ year of BPO experience
• Experience in forecasting, staffing, scheduling, and real-time monitoring.
• Knowledge of WFM tools and contact center KPIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
• Telco/BPO experience is an advantage.
