Summary

A growing technology team is seeking an experienced React Native Developer to take on the role of an Application Designer. The role involves defining application requirements, designing technical solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. You will contribute to major technical decisions, facilitate knowledge sharing, and provide guidance across multiple teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for React Native.
  
   


• Collaborate with and guide team members to achieve performance goals.
  
   


• Make and support key technical decisions within the team.
  
   


• Engage with multiple teams and stakeholders on solution design.
  
   


• Provide solutions to technical challenges within and across teams.
  
   


• Promote and facilitate best practices and continuous improvement.
  
   


• Oversee project progress and ensure milestones are achieved.
  
   


• Mentor team members and assist in resolving technical roadblocks.
  
   

Professional & Technical Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in React Native.
  
   


• Strong understanding of mobile application development principles.
  
   


• Experience using state management tools such as Redux or MobX.
  
   


• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and backend integration.
  
   


• Strong knowledge of Git or similar version control tools.
  
   

Additional Information

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on React Native experience required.
  
   


• The position is onsite in Cebu City.
