Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for experienced Wealth & Banking professionals with strong Quality Control, supervisory, or SME experience.

Ideal candidates have:

• 3–5 years of Wealth Management / Banking / Investment experience
• Background as a Relationship Manager, Private Banking professional, Investment Consultant, Financial Planner, Financial Analyst, or Portfolio Manager
• Required QC and/or supervisory experience
• SME experience is also considered
• Experience coaching teammates and helping improve performance
• QA experience is a strong advantage
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

What You’ll Do

• Support Wealth clients and advisors with complex service needs
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on banking products and processes
• Handle complex transactions and service issues with accuracy
• Identify trends and recommend process improvements
• Support projects focused on improving products, services, and processes
• Coach and train teammates and provide floor support
• Ensure compliance with banking, audit, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate client records using CRM/Salesforce
• Meet quality, productivity, and service-level targets
