JOB DESCRIPTION:

Cognizant Taguig is looking for Quality Assurance Associates. You will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and ensuring quality standards are met for customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Completed at least 2 years in college with no back subjects

- College graduate is also welcome to apply

- Minimum of 1 year QA experience in BPO

- Proficient in both English and Spanish language

- Open for non-native speakers only

- Basic knowledge of Google Suite: Sheets, Slides, Docs, Drive

- Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools

- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

- Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices, and defect management practice

- In-depth understanding of industry standards and company policies

- Meticulous and diligent attributes regarding working knowledge of products and processes

- Willing to work onsite in Taguig

- Willing to work on shifting schedule

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Monitor and evaluate customer interactions for quality

- Provide feedback and coaching to agents

- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

- Document QA findings and contribute to process improvements

- Handle defect management and reporting
