We're Hiring: Quality Assurance Analyst – Healthcare
Location: Vertis North, Quezon City
Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Night Shift (EST)
Salary: Up to ₱21,000 Package

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats for quality and compliance.
Document quality issues and performance metrics for management reporting.
Provide constructive feedback and coaching to support employee development.
Identify trends and recommend process improvements.
Share best practices and support operational excellence.
Serve as a subject matter expert and assist in mentoring team members.Qualifications
At least 1 year of Healthcare QA experience (healthcare experience is required).
BPO healthcare experience is preferred.
College graduates are preferred; undergraduates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
Strong analytical, coaching, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet quality standards.
Must be willing to work night shift (EST) and onsite at TP Vertis North, Quezon Cbity.
