Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst I

Location: Clark, Pampanga

Work Schedule: Night Shift (On-site)

Salary Range: ₱30,000 – ₱35,000

Hiring: 1 Position (ASAP)

Qualifications (What We’re Looking For):

• 
  

  Background in Helpdesk or IT Support – must know hardware and software troubleshooting.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in operating systems troubleshooting (e.g., Windows issues, system errors).

  
  


• 
  

  Strong knowledge of Microsoft products (Office, Windows, etc.).

  
  


• 
  

  Must have experience working in a BPO environment.

  
  


• 
  

  At least 6 months of QA experience or a related role (e.g., process audit, monitoring, evaluation).

  
  


•
