Salary Package: Up to PHP 34,000 (Open for Negotiation)

About the Role:

We are currently hiring a Quality Analyst for a voice-based Travel Sales account. This role is vital in monitoring, evaluating, and enhancing the performance of sales agents to ensure exceptional service delivery. Key Responsibilities:

  Conduct call monitoring and provide actionable feedback to agents

Qualifications:

Completed at least 2nd year in college or a college graduate

Minimum of 2 to 4 years total work experience

Must have 1 to 2 years of experience as a Quality Analyst in a call center/BPO environment focused on sales

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Detail-oriented and analytical

Open to local or Filipino applicants only

Must have a stable employment history (not a job hopper)
