NOW HIRING: Bilingual QA Specialist – English & Spanish

Location: Taguig | Work Setup: On-site

Are you a quality-driven BPO professional with strong English and Spanish communication skills? We’re looking for a Bilingual Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team!

Qualifications

- Completed at least 2 years of college education with no back subjects, or a college graduate.

- At least 1 year of BPO Quality Assurance experience.

- Proficient in both English and Spanish.

- Open to non-native speakers who are proficient in both languages.

- Willing to work on-site in Taguig.

- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs, Drive).

- Knowledge of QA terminology, methodologies, and tools.

- Familiarity with testing best practices, version control, and defect management.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Good understanding of industry standards and company policies.

- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and diligent when evaluating products and processes.

PRESCREENING DETAILS
