We are hiring an experienced QA Lead with strong expertise in TOSCA Test Automation and Oracle Fusion HCM. The ideal candidate should have experience leading QA teams, defining test strategies, and managing end-to-end testing activities in a Healthcare environment.

Education:

• College Graduate

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant QA experience in a Lead role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define end-to-end test strategies, including functional, non-functional, and regression testing.

• Plan and estimate testing efforts for releases and project deliverables.

• Execute risk-based testing and prioritize test activities.

• Define and monitor QA metrics such as defect leakage, test coverage, and test cycle time.

• Establish QA standards, best practices, and testing playbooks.

• Lead QA strategy discussions with internal stakeholders and clients.

• Coordinate with development, business, and client teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

• Mentor QA team members and drive continuous process improvements.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 5+ years of QA experience with Lead responsibilities.

• Hands-on experience with TOSCA Test Automation.

• Mandatory experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.

• Experience in the Healthcare domain.

• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple testing activities and deliver within timelines.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Finance and Supply Chain modules.

• Experience with Oracle Application Testing Suite (OATS).

• Exposure to automation frameworks and enterprise application testing.
