About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced QA Analyst with a strong background in healthcare accounts to monitor and support the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process. In this role, you will ensure the highest quality standards in customer interactions related to patient inquiries on hospital bills and insurance benefits. You will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and providing feedback to improve the performance of the support team, ensuring compliance with processes and client expectations.
Educational Requirements:
- At least 2nd-year college undergraduate or
- Vocational Diploma (2 years) or
- Associate’s Degree (2 years) or
- College Graduate
Work Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in handling healthcare accounts.
- At least 1 year of experience in a Quality Assurance (QA) role or as a Team Leader (TL) in a similar field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, review, and assess customer interactions to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with team leaders and managers to ensure process compliance and client satisfaction.
- Identify areas of improvement in customer support and develop strategies to address them.
- Ensure that the support team is effectively handling patient inquiries related to hospital billing and insurance claims.
