We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead infrastructure projects with a focus on the banking sector. This role demands strong leadership, technical acumen, and the ability to deliver under tight timelines and shifting schedules.

Must-Have Skills and Experience:

• At least 12 years of experience delivering infrastructure projects in the banking domain


• Deep knowledge of infrastructure terminologies


• Proven ability to lead technical teams for successful project delivery

Required Certifications:

• Certified Project Manager (PMP or Agile)

Preferred Skills:

• Expertise in requirement documentation, project scoping, planning, resource allocation, effort estimation, and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)


• Proficiency in Microsoft Project for scheduling and tracking


• Strong capabilities in cost estimation, budgeting, risk analysis, and comprehensive project documentation


• Experience managing multiple projects with excellent time management for self and team resources


• Skilled in stakeholder liaison and client communication


• Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMP or PRINCE2 preferred, with certification as a plus)


• Ability to generate reports on schedule, scope, cost, risks, and issues


• Collaboration with operational teams and delivery managers on projects and ongoing activities


• Handling change management, including CAB approvals, stakeholder communication, and implementation


• Track record of achieving a 99.8% success rate on project changes


• Adherence to delivery guidelines for all project aspects


• Flexible approach, including availability for non-business hours and weekends during implementations


• Willingness to assume additional responsibilities or serve as backup for team members

Additional Requirements:

• Must be willing to work in Taguig or Makati


• Stable employment history (no roles lasting less than one year per position)
