Salary: Up to ₱68K (negotiable)

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

• At least 2 years college education (Bachelor's degree preferred)


• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (mandatory)


• 5-7 years process excellence/improvement experience


• Healthcare industry background preferred (open to manufacturing, engineering, other industries)

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive process improvements using Lean Six Sigma, automation, and analytics


• Monitor operations, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies


• Manage seamless transitions with focus on quality and critical items


• Lead ideation initiatives and small-to-large scale projects


• Guide and mentor Black Belt teams

Essential Skills:

• Six Sigma methodology expertise (5+ years)


• Transition management: metrics, SLA standardization, issue tracking


• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Minitab


• Process automation assessment and program management


• Data analytics knowledge (advantage)


• Healthcare domain expertise: payer/provider/benefits (advantage)


• Quality Management (mandatory)
