About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Portfolio Analyst to support portfolio governance, reporting, and performance management across IT Operations & Foundation teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and Power BI, and the ability to turn complex data into meaningful business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Support portfolio governance, planning, and performance tracking

• Analyze portfolio, financial, and delivery data to identify trends and risks

• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards using Power BI

• Manage and validate datasets from ADO and related systems

• Monitor portfolio health, interdependencies, and reporting accuracy

• Coordinate portfolio review meetings and support strategic planning

• Collaborate with Epic Owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress

• Provide insights and recommendations to improve portfolio transparency

• Support reporting enhancements, data quality, and process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, Data Analytics, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in portfolio analysis, governance, or data analytics roles

• Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Power BI

• Ability to analyze large datasets and present actionable insights

• Experience with dashboard creation, data modeling, and reporting

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional global environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL, advanced Excel, or similar analytics tools

• Familiarity with financial and capacity planning within IT portfolios

• Experience supporting executive-level reporting

• Knowledge of performance measurement frameworks

• Stable employment history preferred (non-job hopper)
