Key Responsibilities:

• Review and assess medical records and clinical documentation related to disability claims.
• Evaluate Short-Term Disability (STD) and Long-Term Disability (LTD) claims.
• Analyze clinical information and determine claim eligibility based on established guidelines.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of claim decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support efficient claim processing.

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted PHRN or USRN license is required.
• Experience in Clinical Disability Claims (STD/LTD) is required.
• Strong clinical assessment and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Candidates with or without hospital bedside experience are welcome to apply.
• Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule.
