We are hiring experienced Philippine Registered Nurses (PHRN) with strong Medical Coding experience to join a leading healthcare operations team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding, along with active CPC or CPMA and PRC licenses.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and accurately assign medical codes using ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.

• Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with healthcare coding guidelines.

• Analyze medical records and clinical documentation.

• Maintain productivity and quality standards.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve coding-related queries.

• Follow client-specific coding policies and regulatory requirements.

• Support coding quality improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Active PRC License (Philippine Registered Nurse).

• Active CPC or CPMA Certification.

• 2–3 years of Medical Coding experience.

• Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.

• Bill Review experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Willing to work Night Shift in a Hybrid setup (MOA, Pasay).
